Stillness descending upon us - who doesn’t long for it? Stress is a major problem in today’s society. People are busy at work, busy at home and busy with social obligations. Experts agree on it: moments of rest are very important for body and mind. To be in the moment and to be mindfully aware of what is going on right here and now. Walking, meditating or just having a good conversation are obvious examples. But let’s not underestimate the impact of certain works of art. Time to highlight some at Deweer Gallery!
