Marc Bauer (1975, Geneva) is currently gaining great fame with amazing drawings. The Museum Folkwang, Essen, Germany,  recently purchased one of Marc’s monumental wall drawings and the artist has been selected for the international group show ‘Drawing Now’ that will be on view at Albertina, Vienna, Austria (from the end of May onwards). Marc Bauer is also selected for 'The Bottom Line', a group show about drawing that will be presented at S.M.A.K. – Museum of Contemporary Art, Ghent, Belgium, from 10 October 2015 onwards.

For Deweer Gallery Marc Bauer brings together a selection of recent drawings with a series of new ones. In the gallery’s Lobby, Marc will make a large site-specific wall drawing. And in the gallery’s Blackbox his ‘animation’ movie ‘The Astronaut’ (2013) will be screened.
